Seeing as the comment was not meant in any way to hurt or insult ArticWolf, and it was just a general question about her accounts, I saw no reason to do a private message. This was not an attack on her. And the fact is that you read into it, precisely as implied by yourself, and exacerbated a non-issue which could have led to a huge fight. People have a right to ask questions and to offer opinions. They don't have a right to bully or cajole others (which DOES bring forced political correctness into play here). Including those who ask innocent questions. Whether or not you personally like them, because of your sexuality, is irrelevant. You're not a moderator, and white-knighting has ALWAYS led to trouble on this site. And, frankly, the fact that you, in your words, are transgender does not affect my views on whether or not I can opine on something at all. I will regardless.

The fact is, he never once said anything about transgenders, nor did he insult them. His question also had nothing to do with transgenders. Whether or not Arctic is a trans, I don't know. But I think getting defensive over a comment is unnecessary.

To begin with, it's common courtesy to not comment something with such personal details on a profile..? It's not really your concern to what someone identifies as or even chooses to go by. Everyone is entitled to identify as they want, though I'm certain lots of people disagree with that. I don't especially respect that, but I guess it would be wrong to contradict myself.

However, just know that "being stuck to your opinions or politically incorrectness" (which pardon me for being so literal, but has nothing to do with this), does not justify being possibly transphobic. This is a very serious issue, and while I don't like arguing or starting arguments very much, am very much transgender myself and I don't take kindly to bigoted opinions or disrespectful people. Apologies if I sound a bit too angry, but I feel like this is borderline close to breaking the rules in a sense of bullying or harassment. It wasn't completely harsh, but the passive aggression was very easy to read into.

I hope things can clear up here and everyone can go their own ways, but I felt very strongly to replying here. I apologize if I upset anyone unintentionally. I'm sorry for butting in, but I felt very entitled in doing so, please understand that.

Why would I specifically be referring to that? I'm talking about teenagers and twenty-somethings who list one thing on their profile, and then another thing later, in some strange effort to mislead people. However, even if I were (which I wasn't), that would have been my own concern. My own beliefs are my own...they are not for nitpicking by strangers.

You'll find I don't respond well to people telling me what and/or how I ought to believe. I am not a politically-correct person, and I am proud of that fact. However, it has nothing whatsoever to do with this. So I would appreciate you not reading into things and potentially causing a problem. Relax.
