Are we allowed to put character pages for gender-bent original characters? For example, would we be able to post a lioness Mufasa?

Those count as AU (alternate universe) characters and posting pages for them is against the rules. But if you want to make an image with genderbent Mufasa, you can just tag Mufasa.

for them is against the rules. But if you want to make an image with
genderbent Mufasa, you can just tag Mufasa. |
