after the gang rescued Jenny Sykes determened to get her back chased them out in the subway he managed to grab Jenny when she fell onto his car but Oliver bit his hand and when Rascoe and Desoto attacked Dodger threw them out on the tracks getting them electrocuted and later a train was approaching and Sykes crashed his car into the train and it fell into the hudson river after it caught on fire did it kill him or did he survive .

Could go either way depending on how each person interprets it, or wants it to end. But I'm pretty sure in a car vs train fight, the train would always win Lol. Meaning he's probably sleeping with the fishes, if you get the drift.
