Hello. I did a search but I couldn't find anything. Okay, I noticed that this site had must-see characters. I was wondering if there was a place where we could recommend characters to become a must-see?

Must-see characters, like all other selections on Balto Source, should reflect how a character should look (i.e., a proper bio, used in fan works, a full-body picture). If you have a suggestion for a character, feel free to PM it to the characters mods (but as said before, not your own character.)

No. But you can PM them. But I wouldn't PM your own character. ; )

The mods choose ultimately, but that doesn't mean members can't suggest some as well. Just PM a mod, and we'll take it into consideration.
