This was so beautifully written, mate. It really shows how much Balto cares for his daughter no matter who or what she is or what her destiny is. Aleu will always be loved by her family and close friends regardless of what she does or where she goes. It is important for her to understand this before she jumps to conclusions. She then knows that her father really does love her and she returns it.

This story gives us a vibe of connection with family and how it is important to us all. They will always be there to help and guide us so that we may carry the strength and will to follow our destiny. By all means we should all be free at our desire to do what we want, but we must never forget about our family. We must put them first before anything else, and then we will never be broken.

This is a fantastic piece of work! It's got the perfect amount of emotion and I think you captured the characters to a "T." If I could fave single works, this one would be there.
