Likes: running, being free forever, lightning, letting rain fall on him, clovers, sun rise, mares, his land, killing rouge horses, other animals that represent freedom (eg. eagles, bears, coyotes- if i spelt that wrong dont judge me because we dont have coyotes in australia)

Dislikes: rouge stallions that survive trespassing, boring mares, way too much sun, dry barren desert, foals that dont shut up, standing still for too long

Personality: Cedar is a wise and strong leader as well as unpredictable in his decisions. Hoever this does not mean he is a bad leader, in fact he is the exacte opposite. He is unreadable and will always find a way to be free and enjoying his life.

History:

Cedar was born a stong and indapendant foal, much like his father. Cedar didn't act like most foals and seemed to be far more mature than them all even at a young age. When a new mare and foal came to the heard, Cedar noted the treatment they were getting from everyone. But, being only a foal, he could do nothing about it. Later he began to talk to the filly, named Prancer.

When Cedar was three he was confident enough to fight his father and to his surprise he managed to defeat his sire. At this time, Prancer admitted to having a crush on him and was secretly flattered and sharing the same feelings. Eventually, Cedar took Prancer as his lead mare and was pleased when she proved to be a good leader for the mares (well second leader anyway)

Not too long after that Prancer gave birth to a black foal named Strider. Cedar tried to not have favourites among his foals but it was obvious that spending time with his lead mare drew him closer to Strider.

Around a year or two after that a group of mares and a filly wandered into his territory to find his increasingly growing heard. After quering the leader of the group - Alma - he happily accepted them and allowed the group to meet the others in his herd on their own.

After that Strider and the filly named Esperanza that came from the new group stared to spend more time with one another and despite Cedar acting like Esperanza was his filly - he hoped that when Strider left his herd Esperanza would follow. But he would NEVER let anyone know of his hopes of course.

While Esperanza and Strider spent time together, however, his favourite son started to 'misbehave' for him. The young stallion and his father clashed frequently. Before Cedar had the chance to sort Strider out though, a tornado seperated the herd. Cedar did his best to get everyone back together but many of his foals and mares dissapeared, including Strider and Esperanza.

Cedar continued to lead his herd, despite the loss in his herd. But when he got older a stallion came into his territory and Cedar drove him off, showing no mercy on this obvious menace. But this stallion was younger and in his youth and fought back just as hard. So the two of them fought all night...By morning Cedar has fallen and the younger stallion left him, so he could claim the black stallions herd. Cedar managed to pick himself up and leave his beloved land to try and start a new life - hoping that his two favourite mares (Prancer and Alma) would be treated well and that Strider was alive and forming his own herd.
